#MODERATEROCKRECOMMENDS- March 2020
Strange times.
As if the world wasn’t anxious enough of late, now a global pandemic and its cascade of consequences have made things quite literally deadly out there. It might feel a little frivolous to talk about music at a time like this but it’s one of the only things keeping me in one piece. I don’t want another news piece filled with chilling statistics, I want an Irish instrumental ripper or new riffs from the old Torche guitarist. I don’t want to think about my wage going away, I want the distraction of an early album of the year candidate. Moderate Rock’s Spotify playlist for the month of March looked like this and I found purpose, passion, and escape in all of it. I fell in love.
I hope you find something to love too.
